Determine licensing:

Is the supplier legally licensed for international trade?

Registered funding:

Does the supplier have enough operating capital to develop the project?

Examine track record:

Check references from other trading projects or clients.

Factory Inspection:

Are they really factory? Professionally managed? Sufficiently equipped?

Factory certifications:

ISO certified?

*Two or more suppliers will be offered as to diversify production and avoid the risk of "one-supplier" dependency.
